Eligibility for returns
I understand that sometimes what you saw online doesn’t quite match what you were looking for…
- I will accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, but you have to contact me first to let me know you intend on returning the item and we can discuss the return arrangements.
- You will be responsible for the return costs (by courier) and you will have 14 days to return the artwork to me
- To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging. Any product that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for refund.
- Once I have received and inspected the returned piece you I will refund the original purchase price.
- Commissioned artworks cannot be refunded
